We want you to be fully satisfied with your Reuzel products; if a pomade, tonic, or grooming essential doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your products were purchased directly from Reuzel.com and are at least 75% full in their original packaging.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our scumbag support crew with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
